USES - This fast set cement mix is a specially designed fast setting concrete, ideally suited to erecting all types of posts, fence posts, fence post spikes including wood, metal and concrete. BENEFITS - Has a rapid set time from 5 minutes onwards @ 20°C, depending on dosage rate. Has a very high early strengths and low shrinkage. Ideal for cold weather concreting which is also moisture tolerant. Fastset is recommended for use in products designed for interior and exterior applications. BLEND - This fast set ready mix cement has been designed as a replacement for High Alumina cement (HAC) and Calcium Sulfo-aluminate cements (CSA) in applications where rapid set times are required along with high early strength requirements. Applications include cement-based tile adhesives, self-levelling floor screeds, concrete repair systems, grouts, and mortar/concrete. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS - Typical dosage rate is 15kg – 30kg cement replacement on 300kg cementitious binder as a guide to achieve strengths of 5-10N/mm2 at 2 hours. 1 x 25kg water resistant bag, quick and easy to use, no need to mix first, just add water.
