A resource for 14 to 19 year olds studying Hospitality and Catering. This resource includes a series of video clips, photographs and text that provides information on kitchen equipment. Only available in Welsh.

  • Equipment grouped by their nature into 6 units
  • Each unit contains interactive activities to check learners’ understanding.
  • One video for each unit shows the use of all the items of small equipment.
  • Assist learners to understand the importance of using, cleaning and storing each item.
  • Use the resource on a PC, tablet or smartphone.
  • Use within the classroom and independently from home.
